《玄域·极简叙事》

“以黑色为主角的现代空间诗学”

本案为精装房改造项目，位于北京市通州区，建筑面积175㎡。精装房千篇一律的风格与装饰不符合年轻屋主的审美偏好和生活状态。我们通过软装和局部硬装的调整，打造“极简”、“冷峻”的“黑暗系”之家。

The renovation project is located in Tongzhou, Beijing, with floor area of 175㎡. The tacky decoration and ornament do not match the aesthetic preferences and lifestyle of young clients. By adjusting the decoration and partial finishings, we created a “minimal” and “dark” residence.

▲玄关、收纳区域

通达的玄关连接客厅、餐厅，形成开放的活动空间。收纳柜从入户延伸至起居空间，储物量丰富，深色柜体铺垫空间色调，形成统一的整体风格。利用灯膜和筒灯划分空间布局，丰富室内照明。

The accessible entryway connects living room and dining area, creates an open space for activities. Cabinet extends from the entry to the living space with plenty of storage. Dark cabinet made space tone, forms unified style. Different types of lighting fixtures divide the space layout and enrich the interior illumination.

客厅墙面、顶面采用微水泥，与深色柜体营造内敛、神秘的空间氛围。空间没有多余的装饰，利用灯光、色彩、材质来表达空间明暗与层次关系，要素简练、彰显个性。

The living room wall and ceiling are made of micro cement, which creates an introverted and mysterious spatial vibe with dark-colored cabinets. Without unnecessary decorations in the space, use light, color and material to express the space relationship and characteristic.

▲餐厅、娱乐区域

业主二人平时居家时间较多，家庭娱乐活动丰富多样，于是我们预留较大的起居空间，可供观影、健身、会客、休闲。随意切换的使用场景满足业主招待亲友的社交需求。

The clients spend lots of time at home and enjoy a variety of family entertainments, so we have reserved ample space for diverse activities. Different living scenarios fulfill the function of invitation.

餐厅兼具就餐和娱乐、交友的功能，餐桌可变为台球桌，一物两用。餐厅与厨房用夹绢玻璃隔断分离，深色纹路具有通透感，保持空间色调和语言。

Dining area has the function of taking meal and entertainment as well. The dining table can turn into billiard table, serves two purposes in one object. The dining area is separated from the kitchen by laminated glass partition, the dark cross-pattern continues the design language.

▲厨房

厨房延续黑、白、灰色调，线条简练、具有质感。厨房电器围绕岛台，按烹饪动线内嵌设计，操作便捷、合理，同时保持了立面的整洁美观。

The kitchen adopts monochrome tone with minimal lines and texture. Kitchen appliances embedded around the island according to the cooking operation. While maintain tidy and clean space.

卧室与起居空间相呼应，深色饰面与微水泥搭配出内敛、克制的空间感受。床头柜、梳妆台、充足的柜体储物，满足业主使用功能的需求。

The master bedroom echoes the living space, the dark finish and micro cement creates calm and introvert vibe. Nightstands, vanity, and storage was set up for the practical requirement.

▲卧室隔断与卫生间

卧室用通高柜体做隔断，分离卫生间和卧室，围合出家政区域。区域设置洗衣机、烘干机、扫地机器人等家用电器，同时存放各种清洁物品，保持空间整洁、有序。干湿分离的卫生间延续空间色调，灰色石材丰富材质质感。

The master bedroom sets up cabinet as partition to separate the bathroom from the bedroom and enclose the housekeeping area which includes washer, dryer, sweeper and the other cleaning stuff. The bathroom separates wet zone and dry zone, continues the space tone, gray stone enrich natural materials.

当黑色成为空间的容器，我们便以光的笔触重新定义生活的叙事。
这方暗色诗篇中，微水泥的粗粝与深木饰面的温润在光影下悄然对话，筒灯如星轨般划过顶面，将功能主义的理性与克制的浪漫编织成可触摸的日常。那些藏于深色柜体后的收纳哲学、随需求自由转换的台球餐桌、隐于通高隔断后的家政舞台，都在诉说着一个真相：真正的暗色美学，从不拒绝丰盈的生活质地。

设计师以墨色为幕，让居住者成为空间的主角——观影时的笑闹、台球碰撞的清脆、健身时的汗水，甚至是扫地机器人规律的嗡鸣，都在冷峻的基底上生长出独属于二人的温度。当暮色漫过通州的窗，这个家便成为一座静默的剧场，用极简的线条谱曲，用深邃的层次作画，而生活本身，永远是最动人的即兴演出。

或许所谓“黑暗系”的终极浪漫，便是让人在静谧中听见自己的声音，在秩序里拥抱自由的形状。

When black becomes the container of space, we redefine the narrative of life with the strokes of light. In this dark poem, the roughness of micro-cement and the warmth of deep wood veneer quietly converse under the play of light and shadow. Downlights trace across the ceiling like star trails, weaving the rationality of functionalism and the restrained romance into a tangible daily life. The storage philosophy hidden behind the dark cabinets, the billiard table that can be freely transformed according to needs, and the domestic service area concealed behind the full-height partition all speak to a truth: true dark aesthetics never reject the rich texture of life.

The designer uses ink black as the backdrop, making the residents the protagonists of the space - the laughter during movie nights, the crisp sound of billiard balls colliding, the sweat during workouts, and even the regular hum of the vacuum cleaner, all grow a unique warmth for the two on the cold base. When the twilight creeps over the windows of Tongzhou, this home becomes a silent theater, composing with minimalist lines and painting with profound layers, while life itself remains the most touching impromptu performance.

Perhaps the ultimate romance of the "dark series" lies in allowing one to hear their own voice in the stillness and embrace the shape of freedom within order.
